About FHOTB
Recovery becomes more possible when people have a stable place to live, a community that expects progress, and practical support around them.
FHOTB is a California nonprofit building a recovery-housing and housing-support organization. Our long-term model pairs safe, recovery-oriented residences with connections to treatment, employment, transportation, peer support, and housing stability.
Our model
House #1 is the first step toward a repeatable Sacramento recovery housing model built around stability, accountability, and connection.
Structured, alcohol- and drug-free housing for adults committed to recovery and forward progress.
As resources allow, residents may be connected with transportation, meals, employment resources, peer support, and community services.
We are developing partnerships with treatment providers, managed care organizations, nonprofits, and public agencies to expand sustainable housing access.
Referrals
House #1 is being designed for adult men 18+ who are abstinent and willing to actively work toward long-term recovery and stability. Medication-assisted treatment is welcome when medically prescribed.
